This August @ Trinity
Back to School with God’s Grace in
August
According to the school calendar, August is the new fall.
It may still be hot outside, but summer vacation is drawing to a close and
school is about to start again. That’s why we’re inviting you and your family to
go “back to school with God’s grace” at Trinity UMC.
Join us for worship each Sunday in August as we focus on
a different aspect of God’s amazing grace in the lives of Christian believers.
We will study several scripture passages each Sunday. So don’t forget to bring
your “textbook” (aka the Holy Bible). Our class syllabus is below, in case
you’d like to read ahead.
Of course, August is also camp-meeting month at Trinity,
when we sing those rousing and familiar songs of faith. Remember to dress
casually for worship in August and join us after worship for lemonade on the
lawn.
