Piecemakers

Piecemakers are dedicated quilters and crafters that come together as needed to make a prayer quilt for someone in need of comfort and caring.  The prayer quilt wraps the person in warmth and prayer to give hope and comfort in times of distress or illness.

Quilts are commissioned by any friend or family member that requests one.  Piecemakers use favorite colors and fabrics that portray an individual's hobbies or other interests.  Each quilt is prayed over as it is planned, sewn, and quilted.  The quilt is then brought to a service at Trinity and draped over the altar rail for the congregation to touch and pray over.

Quilts can be presented to recipients at a church service at Trinity or delivered to them if they are unable to attend.
