Church Cornerstone

Shortly after the second anniversary of the launching of Trinity United Methodist Church, a committee was formed to select a motto for our Church.  The new home for Trinity was under construction and we wanted an appropriate motto to be carved on the corner stone of this new facility.

Several excellent options were presented to the congregation.  One option stood out as succinctly stating the essence of being a Christian and best described what we were experiencing as we strove to establish a new United Methodist congregation.  That phrase was adopted as Trinity's motto and is today on our cornerstone: Loving One Another to Christ.
